Welcome those of you who love a good young adult novel! Glad you’ve stopped by. I hope you’ll stick around for a little while. My parent’s have always accused me of having a very active imagination. Having full conversations with the characters in my mind was a particularly common occurrence in my house. I grew up, my sense of propriety kicked in, but the characters and imagination remained. Writing became the natural progression from make believe. And I love bringing the worlds that swirl in my mind alive on the pages, creating new stories for people to read and hopefully love.

What began as a tale of a forbidden romance between a young woman and her protector has evolved and grown bigger than just their relationship. Hleo is a particularly vibrant and beautiful world I love to share with people. Full of wonderfully colorful characters, all with their own admirable qualities, intriguing flaws, and stories to tell. If you are looking for a good young adult series to sink your teeth into, a new ship to root for, or a new book boyfriend to fangirl over, I seriously suggest giving Hleo a read!
